Our training sessions as simple, challenging, and efficient with an emphasis on proper form, muscular efficiency, strength and mobility. Now you have access to a variety of those sessions and programs thru the STR8 Performance online platform. You will have access to innovative programs that can be used at the gym, at home, and with a variety of exercises you can implement into your personal routine. Why Join

Our EBC Middle School Training group is a continuation of the foundational movements performed at the EBC regional camps. The goal of this program is to provide an in-season regimen where youth athletes can enhance their skills and techniques, in order to ensure a safe and successful hoop season. This training program will assist you with improvements in strength, stability, and body awareness, in addition to working on jumping, landing, and agility techniques. As a young, developing athlete it's imperative that you continue to add strength and conditioning techniques to your training.
