Our EBC Middle School Training group is a continuation of the foundational movements performed at the EBC regional camps. The goal of this program is to provide a pre-season regimen where youth athletes can enhance their skills and techniques, in order to ensure a safe and successful sports season. This training program will assist your child with improvements in strength, stability, and body awareness, in addition to working on jumping, landing, and agility techniques.
