The IT GETS DONE six week training program delivers comprehensive weekly workouts and nutritional guidance to help you achieve your goals in the gym. The workouts are broken down into daily themes which will help you create and maintain a consistent routine every time you hit the gym. Exercises progress every two weeks to help you build strength and skill in movement patterns. Workouts are structured into 3-4 circuit blocks with each workout day consisting of: warm-up, strength block, skill block, and a cardio/core/cool down block.
