Six weeks left to close out the year. Let’s close out the year stronger and better than ever. Through this six week challenge we will track workouts, progress our fitness, and hold each other accountable through the process. Every week we will tackle lower & upper body strength, mobility, cardio endurance, core strength, and full body performance.
