The Train Hard, Swing Easy Program is a home and gym based program that uses dumbbells, kettlebells, various resistance bands, a flat bench or small box, and a yoga mat. All of the workouts in the program come with “alternate or performance pack” exercises for you to effectively complete and log each training session.
