This group is built for the athlete that wants to have the complete game and see their training directly translate to the field or court. TNT will give you all the resources needed to extend your career, maximize your athletic abilities and help take your game to the next level. Translate your weight room work to in game performance. You will work your way through building a strong foundation of athletic development, and transition into explosive movements designed to increase your vertical power, multidirectional speed and overall strength. If you have nagging injuries or just want to improve in all aspects of your game, this is a MUST.
