Why Purchase

Training to increase and maintain mobility means you are increasing your strength at your full range of motion and decreasing your chance of injury. Use these exercises as a dynamic warm-up before a total body workout. Or use them as a recovery method on active rest days or before your next competitive round.

The workouts are scheduled for 3x/week and should be completed in about 30-45 minutes. Each workout has a training emphasis for the day and should be followed as close as possible for the best results.
