Looking for some new workouts and a way to build foundational lower body strength. Try our 4-week Lower Body Strength LvL 2 Training plan. It's not your traditional lower body strength plan that uses just your basic squat and lunge exercises. While those will be included, this training plan consists of unique mobility and stability components that teaches you how to control your movements. With these exercises you will strategically develop strength & stability, and mobility...The STR8 Performance way.

Each training session targets major muscle groups to help you maximize strength and create a strong base. The Monday and Thursday sessions targets mobility and stability which helps you to feel less stiff and move efficiently. The Tuesday and Friday sessions focuses on strength and stability which helps you feel strong and in control throughout your foundational movements.

Each workout consists of a warmup, dynamic prep, focused muscle group strength set, and a finisher/cardio set. The warmup varies based on the target muscle group for the day. The dynamic prep set mimics movements you will do in your strength set. The strength set is the "meat and potatoes" of your workout. Last, the finisher is the final set that increases your heart rate and then cools you down with static stretching.

Lower body Strength Level 2 is designed to be completed with gym access or access to equipment such as Dumbbells, cable machine, and resistance bands.
You will need access to:

-Yoga Mat
-dumbbells
-resistance bands
-Flat Bench or box
-Treadmill or Cardio Machine ( or outdoors )
