About Cam

  • Cam Phillips
    BS Applied Exercise Science; NASM CPT,PES

Cameron has spent the last 7 years perfecting his craft and training a wide range of athletes in various sports. His specialty lies with getting basketball and volleyball athletes to jump higher and move faster on the court. Cameron has put in an extensive amount of time researching and analyzing what aspects of training make an athlete more explosive. With these tools he has worked with players from youth to professional circuits. He has also built a name for himself through his work with some of the top volleyball players and prospects in the San Gabriel Valley. Cam’s passion to help athletes reach the next level and increase their longevity in sport has been the driving force to his goal of becoming one of the industry’s GO-TO trainers.
