Volleyball Performance Stage 2 Is a continuation from Stage 1. This well-rounded program combines, mobility, strength, speed and more power to help you continue to elevate your game.

Now that we have developed a strong foundation and have built upon our movement patterns we will advance to higher level movements and plyometrics. If your goal is to jump higher, this phase is your "bread and butter".

During this 6-week phase of training, you will develop begin to absorb and express high levels of force needed to be explosive. It is essential you listen to your body and follow the guidelines to ensure proper progression. The overall goal is to continue adding inches to our vertical and power to our swing in a safe manor. In order to do so, a we must continue to build strength, fine tune our mechanics, and always key in on injury reduction techniques.

The goals of Stage 2 of the Volleyball Performance Program:
+ Continue to build strength in end range positions, while building fluidity in hips and trunk
+ Expand lower body, upper body and core strength
+ Safely produce and express massive amounts of power through intensive plyos
